Be aware ! If more than one customer reports a problem - there is a problem. See several recent reviews from actual local customers (not from California/Georgia) on various platforms of Drummond's unprofessional and unreliable practice.
Drummond replied my review (quoted below, as he removed his reply) with false nonsense, starting with his tale about the leak from my nonexistent neighbors above - I live on the top floor, and never had any water damage until I hired Drummond. The rest of his bogus conspiratorial story never happened either. Or, alternatively, he confuses me with another dissatisfied customer who sustained damage by this "cleaning" service - so many of us now, it's easy to get us confused with each other.
Drummond had the audacity to similarly go after another reviewer (Tom R, who also had a bad experience, perhaps worse than mine), with threats - no less. He refuses to admit his wrongdoings - let alone fix them. Instead, he engages in name-calling and playing victim, doubling down his thuggish behavior. Quite dishonest, and not particularly a person to do business with. Also, his business has no real mailing address or office, which is a bad sign.
I reiterate - DO NOT hire under any circumstances. Get a real professional carpet cleaner, there are plenty of them in town.

"This is a slanderous review the person used this excuse to cover up that a water leak came from the tenants apartment above his insurance company called to confirm his claim against them. Sad that people resorts to this type of behavior. He tried getting me to go back to do free water restoration and I did not even talk to him myself so the the idea that he wad threatened or bullied is false. He is the one that left voice mail threatening to leave this review if I didn't do what he wanted. Just wanted truth out there. I don't normally respond publicly to reviews like this but tired of people trying to use lies to get what they want and slander when they don't. Very shady individual!"

They had one job.
The rotovac is a great device - except that they left large portions of my carpet completely wet, and were not very helpful about it. I had to eventually get another company to fix their damage.
Drummond's customer service (or lack thereof) was extremely rude, and resorted to insults, threats and overall bullying behavior. Never seen any "exclusive 10 step carpet cleaning process", or "100% customer satisfaction guarantee" - just a mediocre workmanship, phenomenally obnoxious demeanor, and zero ability to take responsibility for their work.
Stay away from that one, hire a professional instead.
