  • Should have known better then to book with this horrible airline . I have been wanting to cancel my flight due to the lack of maintenance on all their planes and wrote them a letter that I want to cancel . I waited 48 hours just to get a reply to call the customer service department and now have to hold for 59 min. Really?! Let's hope my plane doesn't catch on fire .
