  • I was very excited to go on the club crawl I booked through Expedia Local Experts, hosted by Nite Tours. We met at the first club, were escorted in as promised, and went out 10 minutes early so as not to miss the Nite Tours hostess who was to lead us to the next club. We waited for over 30 minutes with 13 of 19 of the members of our group. The Nite Tours hostess had abandoned us. After contacting Nite Tours and the Expedia Local Experts, I was informed that they would only be refunding half of the money I gave them for the club crawl, even though they were the ones that had left us stranded. Though I am sure that it was an honest mistake on the part of the hostess, Expedia Local Expert's handling of the situation was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never book another reservation through Expedia Local Tours and I would advise everyone else to avoid them as well.
