  • I don't often take time out of my day to write reviews but after my last experience I felt it necessary to. I purchased my truck here about a year ago and the experience there could have been better. This review is more so for the service department. I have gone through about four or five different guys getting my trucks (and my wife's Tahoe) services at this autonation. A few months back I had the pleasure of having tommy in lane two take care of the service for me and the experience was great. Recently I had my silverado taken in and again was paired up with tommy in lane two and again had nothing short of a great experience. He doesn't try to sell me what I don't need, tells it to me straight, and had my truck in and out in about an hour which was fantastic. He also was kind to my three year old and gave him some treats which is always a plus. Will be calling to schedule through his lane for everything from now on. And again I'm only taking the time to write this because on two separate occasions this gentleman went above and beyond.
