  • Talk about excellent customer service! I just came here from Houston which as many know, is the heart of southern hospitality. But Toronto definitely has it. Registering here for our wedding was such a pleasant experience. Sandra got us started with the warmest congratulations and then there was Michael who took us around the store and gave us tips on what items are useful, durable, popular, etc. They even stayed late for us until we got as much done as possible. The other employees were just as helpful. Two thumbs up for great customer service!! There is a wide variety of items available here that fits every budget. I've been to many BBB stores in the US but none compared to this one!
