  • Definitely a hidden gem! This shoe repair counter is tucked away on the top floor of Belk in the Womens section. They are winners of a BOB (best of the Best) Award and they are truly deserving of that. I take my heels in for repair when the taps of my heel wear down. I am for some reason hard on my taps, I usually wear them down to the metal stud. Instead of buying new shoes I get the taps replaced and they are like brand new shoes. This repair store is very fast, turn around time is usually a day or 2. I dropped off 3 pair of heels for repair and they were ready in 2 days. The price is fair, I paid $11 for each shoe which I don't mind paying because not all do they replace the heel but they always smooth out or fix the material of the heel. I had a suede pair of heels and the suede material separated due to the tap wearing down and they did their magic to connect the suede back together to make the shoes look brand new. They also do purse repairs. I discovered this place years ago when a Coach purse I had was not able to be replaced or repaired by the Coach store in the mall. They recommended I take my purse to this shop and they were able to repair my leather strap on my purse.
