  • I will start off with the positives, the wait is minimal and the receptionist is lovely and professional. I've come here on 3 separate occasions & each time my wait was less than 15mins. It's a very clean facility and for the most part, everyone seems to care about your well-being... Ok here are the negatives. My negative experience ONLY is in conjunction with my care from Dr. Chambers himself. The woman doctor was excellent. Let me start off by saying, I had some issues with my vagina & originally came to this clinic to get tested for std's, they never called me with any results, I had to call them or come in for them to inform me...which is ridiculous. But when I came my 3rd & final time, bc I had flu symptoms, Dr. Chambers then randomly informs me "Oh yeah, you have genital herpes." I am only 23yrs old, so you could imagine my disbelief and shock..he diagnosed me so nonchalantly. As if what he just told me, didn't ruin my life. I was depressed & suicidal for weeks. About 7 to be exact, then after some research...I decided to goto my obgyn for a second opinion. I just got my results today. Everything came back negative. I was going to hurt myself because of a diagnosis this man gave me without even verifying. I will never be returning to this facility
