  • Great experience. Arrived on time and---major plus---he had swung by a parts warehouse to pick up a part for another job and just guessing from my description of the issue, also grabbed the part he thought might be needed for our dryer. So once he diagnosed the issue and it turned out he guessed right, he popped it in and there was no coming back a second time and having this all go on for a week and me being without a dryer. He also explained that the problem had been caused by a clogged dryer vent and said we should get it cleaned out immediately as it could turn into a dangerous problem. So check out my review for the dryer vent guy too. Between him and Anderson Appliances, I should never have a dryer issue again!
