  • We hired Always Professional to help us move into a new home. This was our first time moving where we needed to hire help. Always Professional made the process very easy. They sent plenty of info ahead of time on how to prepare and what to expect. The day before the move I got a call confirming the time. Will, Jim, Robbie, and Junior showed up a little before the actual estimated time so we were able to get started a little early which was nice. I liked that they brought in wardrobe boxes for us to load up that morning with the clothes from our closets. We were able to do this while they were loading other items. They went to work and had our house cleared out in what seemed like no time. The truck was expertly packed so as to protect our items. We also had a storage unit that they were able to load up in a second truck. Once we got to the new house they unloaded quickly, asking where we wanted each item. They reassembled any of the items they took apart (our bed, son's crib, etc) and hooked up our washer/dryer. There's a couple small marks on the wall going up the stairs but those will be easily painted over - we have some heavy furniture that needed to go up there which looked very difficult. Other than that, we didn't notice any damage to our furniture. The guys were done in four and a half hours which I thought was great considering we had the house and storage unit to load up. We don't expect to be moving again in the near future but would definitely use Always Professional if we do again. We'd also recommend them to anyone in the area. Thanks!
