  • 1) BEDBUGS! I stayed here in March 2017 and was badly bitten by bedbugs. We couldn't wear our bathing suits because of the unsightly rash. Holidays ruined. Thank you! 2) Hotel employees are rude and dismissive (if you can find one b/c front desk is frequently unmanned). When I reported the bedbug issue they didn't say a word. No apologies. No offer to fix the situation or change us to another room. Not even a thank you for informing them. By the health code hotels are obligated to provide clean rooms which I guess includes not having bedbugs. 3) Poor A/C & ventilation in rooms. You cannot adjust A/C in your room so this being Vegas it gets hot pretty fast which will make your stay uncomfortable to say the least. 4) Noisy place. You can clearly hear your drunk neighbors talk and all the adjacent hotel room doors being slammed all night long. Some rooms share a door with the one next door which is not disclosed by the administration. 5) Daily room cleaning is either very late (6pm!) or nonexistent. Trash bags pile up on the hotel hallways. When we contacted the front desk about this they actually became hostile. 6) On top of all the above they charge a resort fee! So basically you pay extra for the bed bugs, the noise, the trash and the horrid customer "service". Overall a very negative experience. Stay away.
