I cut my finger last week on NYE and luckily found the Little Clinic still open at 2:30pm, when my drugstore clinic was already closed. I called and asked if there was a line and found out there were only 3 people ahead of me.
I arrived and was promptly checked in by the receptionist. There was a $30 co-pay with my insurance. I was told it would be about 30 minutes. I waited around (I had brought a book to read) and about 30 minutes later, Ryan Linder called my name and I went into the little exam room.
I explained what happened but about 30 seconds after looking at my finger, he said that I would need stitches because of the size and location of the cut. He said that they don't do stitches there but that I would need to go to an urgent care or ER. He apologized for making me wait and then had the receptionist refund me the $30 co-pay.
Although he couldn't take care of my finger, I appreciate his prompt (relatively on a holiday) attention and great customer service.
