Placed an order online and they shipped my items to another state. I gave them the correct mailing address at the time the order was placed, but they delivered it to someone in Nevada. I was told you have to wait 5-14 days for an associate from the risk department to call you back. No refund was given, even though by my order it was obvious the items were shipped to the wrong address. I have to wait until I receive a call from SAKS FIFTH AVENUE RISK Department to see if I get a credit back on my card. I have to say I am shocked that a retailer such as SAKS FIFTH AVENUE has such poor customer service. I will never again purchase from SAKS online.
