Great little Mexican place near 40th and Indian School in Phoenix. Super kitschy location and credible food from traditional Tex-Mex favorites to more authentic Mexican favorites.
Combination fajitas were really delicious - shrimp not overcooked and chicken tender and well seasoned. Cheese crisp was a great appetizer and the chili relleno was spectacular.
Weird that plates are all too hot to touch - really dangerous hot - afraid some of ours were in the oven for a long time. Food wasn't worse for wear, but weird.
Space is cool, cosy cafeteria-style bankette seating and there's also a small outside patio. Overall this place looks pretty lived-in, but definitely worth a try.
