| - I really liked this garage when I first moved to the neighborhood. I thought wow, a local neighborhood garage, that knows their stuff?? Awesome. Unfortunately, as time went on, I noticed that Frank's (the owner) explanations of things seemed to become more and more questionable. He would tell me one thing, and then when my husband followed up, he'd tell my husband something else. Frank replaced our brakes, but the brakes still felt soft. We just felt that the work got more and more questionable. The final straw was a super shoddy job on our snow tires - he stuck them on the rims without properly balancing them, and screwed up our tire pressure sensors in the process. The ride was so bad, and the sensors so messed up, that we ended up taking the car to the dealership for a fix. It cost us over $250 to get our smooth ride back. Frank said, well we were busy - you bring the car back next time we'll do better. I asked for our money back, he says, well, we'll see when you bring the car back. I don't have time for this type of screwy behavior, and when it comes to my car, and my family, I expect work to be done right the first time, and for you to be accountable if you mess something up. Shoddy work, shoddy service. Take your car elsewhere, its not worth the runaround here.
