Obviously they're bothered by my review because they're having their friends message to harass me on Yelp. I tell it like it is and if you don't like it, too bad. I have no reason to lie or embellish, but they were THAT BAD. Nothing like the photos of the other happy customers..not by a long shot.
Everyone that saw my lashes from BBL saw the problem and the artist that took them off was disgusted. Go to this place at your own risk. They were so bad I couldn't make it up. Seeing there are other negative reviews on BBL's page, I'm not alone. As another reviewer that wasn't happy said, they don't know who everyone was going for the good reviews but she didn't get the same service.
As far as the owner's response:
5/5/2015 Seems like a selfish promotion and campaign to smear us from an overpriced competitor who has lost a lot of customers to us. Let the client's judge for themselves - go to a place that is overpriced with students doing your lashes or to a reasonable priced establishment that cares about their clients.

I'm NOT a competitor just a pissed off consumer that did not get what I paid for, period. Self promotion doesn't even fit with my complaint considering I am not a salon owner or in the beauty business but I do know good work and bad work. My bottom eyelashes have still not grown in from Jenny having ripped them off as well as the poor job that she did and missing patch in the center of my lash line.
If you don't like honesty, that's too bad. Then you shouldn't be in a service business. I very highly doubt CLL loses any clients to you since you do get what you pay for.
I would never step foot in your salon nor would I encourage anyone else to do so. Your response doesn't address my complaint but instead puts the blame on the customer. Typical.
And I've had two fills by this other company with ZERO problems. That speaks volumes. If I could give you a -10 I would. Funny how the other negatives down your page have had similar negative experiences yet you only commented on mine.

*** Update 8/16
It's now Aug 2016 and the lashes that were initially ripped out on the bottom outside corner (my fault apparently) STILL have not grown back. They're still sparse and not long like the lashes on the other eye so they're unbalanced. This is thanks to your extremely bad technician and you have nerve bashing another salon that actually helped me with the eyelash freak show your aesthetician left me with.
And I see more and more negative reviews coming in talking about how bad this place is. Truth hurts doesn't it? Proves my point of you're a typical greedy business that cares NOTHING for your clients because all you want is their $$. All those Beauty Queens on your walls most likely had free lashes from you because I cannot for the life of me see them paying for them when there are dozens of better lash places with better reputations. Just sayin.
