3.5 stars for work done and .5 star for costumer service... I yelped "car wash late yesterday and arrived at Finish Line. There were like 2 empty spots and many workers, but they were only open for 50 more minutes and since I went on a whim I figured whatever, fine I'll make an appointment for tomorrow, when told they couldn't take me. I arrived at my appointment time to find every spot filled and told I needed to wait 20 min and there would be a $10 up charge to vacuum the floor of just the front seats of my SUV. Again being understanding and patient, I waited. 30 min later my car was taken and over an hour later I walked out and was told 5 more min.
Check out process was smooth, price wasn't crazy, I prepared the tip to go get my car from the guy I saw cleaning it, walked over and he walked away and never made eye contact. After I was handed my keys I was ignored. I feel bad he didn't get a tip, but on the other hand the customer service was really lacking, two days in a row.
