rev:text	I've used Absolutely Spotless for over a year now, and have generally been very pleased with their service. I find their rates very fair, and usually they are able to clean my entire 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home within 2.5 hrs ($135 for a 1750 sq ft house). They will come and do an initial estimate and don't charge you more if you just want to get a cleaning done every so often rather than on a regular schedule. You can leave a credit card on file if you like and they'll just automatically charge it and you sign once your cleaning is finished. They send a 2-3 person crew out and clean everything- from window shades to baseboards, to everything in kitchen, bathroom, and in between. On a few occasions, they've even straightened my closet and once even cleaned out the fridge! They'll even do special requests (sometimes for an extra charge), such as cleaning out the oven, or grill, or laundry, etc. However, I have had a few trouble spots- on a few occasions, they've been late by over 30 min, once they took FOREVER to clean the house because they seemed to spend more time talking than cleaning (and it cost me more). Once they didn't do a good job and I called and complained. Since then, they have made a note in my file not to send that crew out again. They do generally try to get the same people to clean each time. They also do carpet cleaning (I haven't used this service) and a few other services. I have tried a few other cleaning services and Absolutely Spotless has been the best for me- which is why I remain a loyal customer!
