  • WTF?? A ten minute shuttle ride off airport when the reservation said "in terminal". The I get to the garage and they tell me it's at least 20 minute wait to get my car. There are probably 50 people waiting for their cars. What a mess, I've never rented a car anywhere in the world where they didn't just give me the keys. I'm usually a big enterprise fan, but never again at this location. The staff here seemed totally overwhelmed.
