  • well, like everyone else here i accidentally strolled into one of these taxi cabs, and they got me for $80 to go from NYNY to the north west side of town. I don't think the driver talked much, but to pay $80 to go, i dont know, 17 to 19 miles is nuts. my mistake for not taking a uber or lyft. i've taken that ride with uber/lyft before and it's been $25-$30. hopefully i dont make the same mistake again in the future.
