  • This place is awful! Sure they smile at you while you are there, but it is to cover their inability to perform surgeries safely on your furry family member! My dog had a bowel obstruction. The doctor said she could perform the procedure-GREAT! The dog ends up being septic post-op--not good, but no procedure is 100%. The reason this place is awful is I come to find out they don't even have the equipment REQUIRED to wash the fecal material out of the abdominal cavity once the obstruction is removed! The doctor should have been honest, mentioned her limitations, and referred us to a facility that would better meet our needs. I end up spending more money at another facility redo the botched procedure from Commonwealth. Please make no mistake, it's not that the procedure had a negative complication, it is the deceit and deception that goes on, putting your pet at risk of death!
