  • If you want to find worms in your soup then Szechuan is the place for you! My dear friend is such a sweetheart and could hardly musk up the courage to go back up and complain. I'm usually not one to complain myself about food but decided to take the reigns on this one and brought the soup back up to show the cashier. After looking at it, she rolled her eyes up and down and told my friend she guessed she'd give her a refund. And that was it. I was appalled. I asked her if she was going to apologize but she simply said it wasn't her fault and had nothing to apologize for. It was shocking to see how little the staff cared about the wellbeing of their customers and the sanitary requirements of their food. Safe to say we will not be going back to the Eatery!!!!!
