Worst staff and customer service here. The girls are snooty and condescending, and the return policy for online purchases is ridiculous. They have to send your item back to head office to be processed for a refund, but you receive absolutely no confirmation that you've done so and takes like 1-2 weeks to process. When I asked for a receipt for the refund transaction, the girl was extremely rude about it as if I was asking for something completely absurd.
