  • There was a dead fly in my fries. The drinks were all flat. Machine was out of ice. When I informed the cashier of this all she just said "Yeah, I think all the drinks are" I asked if the ones in the drive thru were the same and she replied " I think so". She didn't address the dead fly or ice and didn't change the drink machine. She didn't try to remedy the situation at all by even apologizing. Unbelievable!
