  • I put in a service request via American Home Shield on Saturday and Grace Plumbing was assigned. When I hadn't heard from them by the time another AC issue also put in on Saturday had already resulted in a completed repair on Monday, I tried several times to call them but I could not get to a human being even though on the third call I was allegedly first in line in the queue. After also seeing the Yelp reviews and their F rating from the BBB, I cancelled the service request and called in a new one that was assigned to another company.
