  • Absolutely terrible customer service. The entire process was a nightmare. Audi Peoria and Audi Scottsdale both. My sales rep suggested that I go to Hyundai, that his family members like some of their cars. Completely disrespectful. Everything happens for a reason I had a great experience at Mercedes South Scottsdale and love my choice in car. I suppose had they treated me with respect I would be in an Audi now instead of my Mercedes, so they did me a favor.
