I came in because a friend of mine gets her gel manicures here and they had decent yelp reviews and I wanted a pedicure. The girl at the counter was very nice and helpful but once I sat down thats where my good experience stopped. I was never offered any of the pedicures they have, I guess the girl just assumed I wanted the basic one ,even though I would have upgraded had I known what they offered. The only reason I knew there were even other options was because the gentleman that sat next to me got offered a "menu". Then, my pedicurist said nothing to me but continued to chat with the gentleman that sat next to me about basketball. Now, I don't mind this but she didn't even give me a hello when I sat down. The pedicure itself was just ok and I could have done a way better job on my own. I had polish on my skin that she didn't take off and the "massage" and "scrub" left much to be desired. Then when she was done, she told me to go sit in the back to dry. Now, I've never been here before but I would have expected her to walk me to the back, which she didn't. Good thing it was easy to find. She didn't even turn on the foot UV dryer for me and walked passed me a few times, not even looking my way Eventually I got up and walked out without knowing if I should have taken the tissue out of my toes or not. Overall, I've had much much better pedicures and hope that this girl I had was just having a bad day or she won't be there long.
