The good: the hot yoga is good for a challenge and you really do get better and better as you continue with it. Many classes are an hour and twenty minutes, and most of the instructors are very nice. I don't think you have to be very good at yoga because they will always give you alternatives.
The bad: sometimes the classes are jam packed and the room is like a can of sardines. It is on the expensive side. A drop in class is $16, but if you are willing to buy more at one time it gets cheaper ( 10 classes for $149).
I started with a friend and we got the starter package, she was talking to a friend when I was buying it and only got her the two week instead of the four week. When we went back to try to change it we were told, " we don't do that." If your goals is to encourage people to stick with it, being a little flexible is a good thing. Also the automatic sign in makes me nervous. All you do is enter your name and the computer signs you in. You could just enter a random name in and use someone's classes that they've paid for.
