Arrived at 8:00 which is their start time online and when I called ahead. There was a note on the window that the store wouldn't open until 9:00 on this day. They actually arrived after 9:00...
Only have 4 SUP's so if you are looking for that you probably want to call ahead and reserve (they don't take reservations on Saturday's though).
Once we finally got into the store to pay, they walked down to the water where they set the boards in the water and told us to attach the ankle tether. It was then we asked for some directions, which they gave-but not without us asking.
Also-we asked about the cleanliness of the lake if we fell in and the employee said he had actually never been out on the lake. Very odd.
Anyway, since this was our first time on an SUP, I can't speak too much about the equipment, it was a little banged up but probably what you expect for rentals.
All in all-they could do better with their customer service, that goes a long way on customers returning or word of mouth. Maybe it was just a bad day?
