  • Reserve at Kenton Place is in the perfect location! Tucked back from the main street, but walking distance to Birkdale Village and all my favorite restaurants. The staff goes above and beyond to host regular resident events, delivers packages right to my apartment if I ask, and has set up discounts with tons of neighborhood businesses - I feel like a VIP :) The pool is gorgeous, and there is a fire pit and grill so we can hang out all day. The gym is never busy, and I love having an elevator when bringing up groceries. Plus, the location right beside my favorite restaurant, Galway Hooker, doesn't hurt.
