If I could give this place a zero star, I would. I've never had such a bad experience with anyone ever b4, I was mad shaking when the service guy was at my house to repair the fridge that I paid over $2000 for barely 2 years ago. So parts fail, duly noted, things happen, duly noted. Not sure about other service man, but the one that came to my house has the worst attitude ever. Wish I remember his name, definitely will not recommend it. Sears needs to train their employees better. Heck sell better products man, $2000 can't just stop working after 2 years.
