This is probably the best sushi you can find in the Valley. The owner is from Japan and I believe they import their fish from Japan. My husband and I went in, not expecting much from the food, but we were pleasantly surprised. The pork spare ribs were delectable with a slightly crunchy sweet crust. We didn't try much else except the fish because it was so darn fresh!
You need to get here early on weekends because there are not too many tables. Parking can be tough in the strip mall with the dim sum place next door. I would give this place four stars but it is pricey for the portions.
