As I do not enjoy the process of buying a car through the sales department, I went my traditional method of contacting the fleet manager first. Left two messages, got a courtesy reply after two weeks. I then contacted the internet sales manager, left 2 messages, no courtesy call back. Stopped by the dealership twice in person, both times my hoped for contacts have left the office by 5pm. I was finally contact by a nice internet salesperson and played phone tag a bit. Finally decided to email my offer on the used car and all the specifics to at least get an idea if I should visit the dealership again. A different salesperson contacted me with their "best offer" of everyone's full price. Since I was paying cash for the difference with my trade, I would not qualify for any discount below full advertised internet price. And supplying my VIN and additional information was not enough to even get a "ballpark figure for my trade". I should have read the yelp reviews first and I would have know better. I wasted almost two weeks waiting on a response, but it worked out for the best. I purchased a brand new 2016 model from another dealership at very little over their "used car" price.
