Not just beer. This "crunchy" brewing company has a lot of kombucha on tap as well. They are generous with the samples and the fermented tea is as good as the beer. There is a huge variety of styles, flavors, and quite frankly, textures between their offerings. Ginger variants have a crisp kick of the spice, the coffee porter is rich and deep and smooth, blueberries peek through every sip of their fruit-based offering. The bartender was knowledgeable about every tap and was even able to suggest some combinations that made for an even greater variety of tasting experience.
Food truck out front to get your nosh on, big open space in the tap room, mostly decorated with wood and metal. You can see the huge fermenting tanks from the bar. Cool place, worth a visit, even if kombucha isn't quite your thing.
