  • Seriously guys, Plenty of better stores in Madison to go to for your pets needs. Selling puppies for $1000+? Where are theses puppies from? Puppy mills? Ok, even if they are not, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt...Rescue/adopt your new puppy and if you cant, do research and get your new puppy from a reputable breeder where you know where you puppy is from and the conditions it was raised in and how the parents are treated. The staff doesn't know what they are talking about, I can get better answers from Google. The Manager was rude, very rude, I would really like to use a different word to describe her actually. To get good customer service and people that actually know what they are talking about go to Mounds. Mounds gives back to their community and supports local rescues and shelters. Animart is horrible, I will never step foot back in there and will encourage others not to also.
