Okay, so I can appreciate that some parts are not renovated yet, but even still it's quite confusing to get around and the touch maps on display aren't very touch intuitive and they offer phone booths for directions. It's definitely a put off as I like to look at the paper brochure or the touch map on display to get my bearings and explore the airport. I feel sorry for wheelchaired people as the routes are even less direct to where you're trying to go (I had to use those ways since I had a stroller). We had a layover here and it's not as child friendly (not much on display and play areas that are very few and far between). Plus upon exiting the elevator area after exiting the aircraft, I was almost smoked by an airport staff who was blazing through the hall with her empty vehicle and she even greeted me with a nasty glare before taking off again. We had a long layover, and yes there is luggage storage, so you can explore the city by catching the train, but if you factor in the cost of it all, it's not really worth the excursion & effort for a few hours with little ones in tow. The sections that were nicely renovated were swell in that they had iPad bars with free usage for some apps and free device charging, but space is quite tight in the waiting areas and more so with a stroller in an area with limited seats.
