  • Worst experience I've ever had!!! WARNING.... Do not waste your time and money!!! I've been through hell and back with their billing. I left this office with a ZERO balance, but their billing is so slow six months later (after I moved) I get a collection notice for an outstanding bill I didn't even know existed. I paid the balance immediately. Now today, I get a hit on my credit report because apparently they never updated my account, even though they have a record of my payment. Completely incompetent and the biggest pain in the neck. Merry Christmas to me from Monticeto Town Center Dental Group!!! Seriously, there are plenty of dental offices in Las Vegas, please choose another one. Office staff has no idea what they are doing and does not even have the courtesy to call you when there is a problem!!!
