  • I dread contacting all locations of SDMI when the time comes, but this location's scheduling has been the worst. Last year my appointment time was changed 3 times without explanation or warning. I got there at 8:15 AM, they told me the appointment wasn't until 9:15 AM, I came back at 9 and they said the appointment wasn't until 10:15. It was odd. Managers got involved and tried to figure out my there was a miscommunication between the department who answers phones and the actual office and no resolution was ever found. I missed over 3.5 hours of work because of this. This week (Monday) my oncologist faxed them a request for my PET/CT to be scheduled and no one from SDMI called me all week. I called at 4:45 today (they close at 5 even though the website says 5:30) and they conveniently decided to close early today without warning. Now I get to wait until Tuesday to *hope* someone returns my call to schedule a very important procedure. I gave them two stars instead of one because everyone there has been so nice, but this company as a whole and their messy internal procedures earn a one star review.
