I will state up front that if I enter a business renowned for its 5 star rating and am delivered substantially less, I don't think that 4 stars are on the table.
Tiffany seems to be going down hill quite a bit lately and the Bloor St. store is no exception. Despite this apparently being the Canadian flagship store, they've decided that they are going to stop stocking the full lineup and move across the street to a new, smaller (and more garish) location.
If I wanted to order something for delivery, I would not come to the store. I have a computer and can order online quite well. The store is reserved for major purchases and for immediate needs.
In addition to the lack of inventory on hand, the wait times even at open on Sunday are a bit much. I've never experienced such delays in New York, Chicago, Cincinnati, Indianapolis or any other location. In fact, I didn't experience those delays at Yorkdale. The wait for a quick ring cleaning? 45 minutes. This normally takes 5-10 minutes tops (and often is done in under 2) at other stores. The wait to ask for a piece of merchandise (which they didn't even have)? 15 minutes.
At any rate, I would recommend going online for your Tiffany needs. The stores have become an exercise in frustration.
