  • This place has really gone downhill. We went there tonight to celebrate my best friends birthday with some yummy food and margaritas. We left there 3 hours after having gotten there beyond disappointed. First they wrote down the wrong name for us so when they called, we didn't say anything and they gave our table away. We asked them the status an hour after being there and their response was oh well we called you, now you have to wait. They admitted they just wrote a random name down and didn't even ask us if maybe that was our party. We finally get squeezed into a booth made for 4 people, we have 7 in our party....we didn't fit...shocker. they got us another table and then took 10 minutes to take our drink order and brought us the wrong drinks. Our server was nowhere to be found and we had to tell one of the bussers to let her know we were ready. By now we had been there for over 1.5 hours. She takes our order and disappears again, comes back to take the other tables order and disappears again. 30 mins after that, she brings the other table their appetizer, which happened to be the same as ours, and disappears again. Never once checking on us, no refills, no chips...nothing. when she finally comes back with the food, we mention the appetizer and she's less than apologetic and says I guess I can get it for you for free. Now, after over 2 hours of being there, our party finally getting our meals, she says to me, "oh we don't have what you ordered. It's not my fault but you can get something else if you want". Horrible. I asked for the manager who decides she will just comp our food instead of coming to talk to me. I left there, after being there for 3 hours, hungry, upset and frustrated. I've been going to Ponchos for years but I don't think I will ever go back again. Shame because I used to love it.
