  • Poke Bar is fantastic! The staff is friendly and willing to explain/help anything. I do the small bowl which is 2 scoops of fish and I choose salmon and tuna, both of which are phenomenal and fresh. Then you choose mix ins (jalapeño, cilantro, cucumber - yum!) and then a couple of sauces for some flavor. Then add in some side toppings (yes, I know avocado is extra and I still want it). Having been to some other poke places in the valley that charge for aged avocado, PokeBar has found a system to keep their avocado fresh and easy to eat. Finally, finish off with some crispy toppings like onion and garlic and don't forget to get your loyalty card stamped on the way out. Definitely will be back because it's just so good!
