Yikes.....This company doesn't deserve a single star....They are good in the beginning, but once they get you in they couldn't care less about you. They don't show up for appointments, then they apologize and say it was human error. Then they promise to rectify the problem by promising to come out a certain day and next time it won't happen: guess what it did. 2nd time they didn't call and didn't show up. I have called twice and no calls back.... I see I'm not the first one to have issues with customer service. In September they said they will do better, well it's Nov./ Dec. and it's not any better. You guys will not last in your business this way....
