I recently rescued 2 kittens that were only a few days old when I found them. Today one had an issue that I was concerned about and I called around to literally 18 (I counted) different vets and all of them were booked far into next week and others said I needed to go to an emergency clinic. Feeling completed exhausted by explaining what was going on to every single vet I finally came across Lookout Mountain. I let the girl on the phone know what was going on and they scheduled me in within the hour. As soon as I got there they immediately knew who I was and the lady at the front, I believe her name was Casey, took Felix (my kitten) and handed him off to another vet tech, Kim I believe. She checked him out and let me know that what he was experiencing was normal, because she too has bottle feed kittens and had something similar occur. Let me tell you these lady's are amazing. I could tell that they had a lot of love for animals and what they do. I do not own any animals other than these kittens (for now, they will have homes when they are old enough) but I if I did I would want my animals to be cared for by someone who loves them as equally as much as I do. This is the veterinaries office that does just that. Thank you so much Lookout Mountain for helping out little Felix! You truly are the best vet's office in Phoenix!
