  • I would rate Carson Street Deli four and a half stars. The beer selection here is quite funky. It focuses on local and craft options with some specialties brew styles which I haven't come across often. I opted for a cucumber beer from Voodoo. It paired incredibly well with the stuffed grape leaves from the deli section. There are also a solid selection of bottled beers in addition to the great drafts, sandwiches, and sides. The atmosphere here is quieter than most other bars on Carson.
