I had already sent a review weeks ago (I received a review/ rating request) but since I did not hear back here it is again, this time via Yelp.
My main complaint is with the lack of customer service received on December 21, 2016 (Rental record #590523043 at the JW Marriott location.
The gentleman that assisted us was on the phone when we arrived -his back facing us and did not make any movement to acknowledge our presence even when the call was completed. We waited until he finally turns and says "yes"? I work in the service industry here in town and forgive me but a common courtesy greeting is not "yes?".
A few more issues: He misspells my father's name,laughs about it, doesn't correct it -I was speechless; I asked for only one insurance since the other was covered by our credit card - we were charged for both insurances. Last is a minor issue at this point: the inside of the car was dirty. I hope this gentleman receives some customer service training specially when I have heard great things about the lady that usually manages the counter.
