  • Terrible experience. This was a once in a lifetime 4 generation opportunity. Last year this studio did an amazing job. This year horrible. The first warning was the photographer seemed to know nothing about positioning us. Luckily we knew what we wanted. After taking only about 8 shots we went out to view our pictures. They were ALL very over-exposed and washed out. The studio basically denied what I was saying and made no attempt to edit and fix the photos even after I pointed out that the histogram very clearly indicated the over-exposure and I was told all their pictures look that way. They also refused to honor the terms of the Groupon (which was not the least expensive Groupon). Photo quality all depends on a knowledgeable photographer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!
