  • Brad Lewis is the best! I had the pleasure of meeting him when I was renting a condo back in 2012 and the owner of the condo was replacing a set of blinds. I told Brad that if I ever decided to purchase a house and needed window treatments, I would call him. Fast forward to March 2016. I did purchase a house and needed some sort of window blinds for my patio sliding door that faces West and gets that HOT Arizona summer sun. I called and left a message for Brad and he called back promptly and we set up an appointment a few days later. He brought out samples and offered suggestions on what would be best option for my patio door. Fun and painless! I put 1/2 down payment and Brad said new blinds (I went with Verticells-----WONDERFUL-----LOVE THEM) should be in and available for installation in 2-4 weeks. Only took 2 weeks! His installer, Bryan, called and set up an install date a few days later. Blinds were installed, but Bryan noticed a wrinkle at the top, took a photo, and said he would show to Brad. The mfg also forgot to include the valance clips, so Bryan said he would order and be out the next week to put valance on. No problem. When Bryan came out the next week or so, low and behold, he had a new Verticell blind! Brad is a stickler for perfection and had ordered a completely new one! I was impressed with how he has such an attention to detail and excellent customer service. And his installer, Bryan, is also a perfectionist and made sure the blinds were installed correctly. I would recommend Brad in a heartbeat to anyone!
