My husband and I spent a few days here on staycation, and the hotel is great. We got a decent deal on the room. They were clean and had some great amenities. I would give it 5 stars, but the customer service experience was seriously lacking. I booked through Priceline, but the price was the same as on their website, so we didn't save anything. We booked for two nights and ended up wanting to cancel the second (through no fault of the hotel). Per their own policy in their hotel, if we had booked through them directly, we would have been able to cancel the 2nd night reservation with no problem. Because we booked through Priceline, they wouldn't amend the reservation. We either had to cancel completely and pay a fee, or be charged for the 2 nights even if we were only staying for one and were within their cancellation time frame. I feel it's pretty bad business practice to devalue and treat your customers differently because of how they booked. I'm still your customer, and should get the same treatment as if I had booked directly with you. Unfortunately I don't think we will be back and will be staycationing in the future at establishments that value their customers more. From previous reviews this sub standard customer service isn't new, I really hope they get it together. It's a nice hotel otherwise
