If you want to be treated like dog doo, then use the airline. It has the worst customer service in the world. They accepted our bag from Chicago to Las Vegas but on the way back, they charged us $55 for the same bag. We did not buy any souvenirs either as we have been to Vegas many other times. But what happened next to us in line two Black women was absolutely appalling!! Spirit canceled their flight lay night from Vegas to Chicago because of NO PILOT!!!! They said they were put up in a dinky dink hotel and called them back to the airport saying they had a flight available, but when they got here - they lied to them telling them no flight to Chicago!! They paid for taxi fare to the airport. They told them the next available flight is Midnight tonight -- buy hey - we are going to Chicago - so there was a flight to Chicago. Me and my husband witnessed the two women's from Spirit laughing at these two women!!! Do you want to fly Spirit now? Pay extra for another airline. For me and my husband, this was our first and our last time on Spirit! When they are out of business - just like ATA now is - it is because of their not wanting to assist their paying customers!!!
