  • This place was a small mom and pop restaurant in a rather dead plaza (when we went). It was good to say the least! My boyfriend liked my entree rather than his. He had the very generic - chocolate chip pancakes (which you could get anywhere!) I ordered the B.Y.O. (build your own) skillet. With the build your own, it comes with potatoes which are like little hash brown and a choice of 4 items (choice of 1 cheese, 2 veggies, 1 meat). I opted for spinach and mushroom, pepper jack cheese, and sausage! It was delicious! I personally love eating potatoes and hash browns of the sort with ketchup and tabasco sauce. I was rather surprised because my boyfriend doesn't usually like that kind of stuff so it was great that he wanted mine instead of his own. The menu is pretty eclectic, they had hawaiian-ish/filipino food too, but they specialize in breakfast foods of course! Its a decent drive into the town of Summerlin where my best friend had resided for awhile, but definitely a place to check out if you have some time to spare and want to grab a hearty breakfast before you hit the road!
