  • Noemi is an extremely gifted massage therapist & an absolute joy to be around. She is very calming and professionally quiet/peaceful. I look fwd to an appt with her anytime I'm in the area. 5 stars for Noemi :) However, a couple months ago, I treated myself and had a facial alongside my massage appt. Andi was recommended for me to try and is a newer facialist there. Although very nice, she was also incredibly inexperienced. She seemed rather timid with each step and barely did more than wash my face and put a mask on, both of which I could have done at home. Although she put the steamer on my face for several minutes, there were no extractions or anything afterwards - she just looked at my skin under the light, said she thought it looked fine, and put the final mask on. I feel that with much additional training and time behind the chair, Andi could be an asset to H&S, but until that point, she should not be recommended as an on-par aesthetician with the rest of the staff. I did make this comment to the mgmt, who received it well and didn't seem surprised. They also assured us she would be offered more training opportunities, so I'm sure this has happened and the situation has been rectified for other members, but this is my experience. The front desk staff does make consistent members feel like family. This is a family owned and operated business, which I believe should be supported. I still long for a place where there are no chattering therapists. (Obviously It's different if you engage in intentional conversation with your therapist.) Even in CA, it's hard to find a place where this is a consistency.
